1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between xx9900 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers for or accesses the services available at xx9900.org (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xx9900. By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

2.3 Account Accuracy
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment details. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein. 2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security information with any third party. xx9900 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
xx9900 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to periodic updates to our payment infrastructure.
3.2 Deposit Limits & Processing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum single deposit, though individual transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your xx9900 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your balance. xx9900 does not charge any fees for processing deposits.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; (c) withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
3.4 Currency
All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xx9900 does not impose currency conversion fees. If your payment provider applies conversion charges, those charges are outside xx9900's control and responsibility.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering
xx9900 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation at any time. Where we have reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity, we will suspend withdrawal processing and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Deposits are not accepted from third-party payment sources; only payment methods registered to the account holder are permitted.
4Bonuses & Promotions
Important: All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are communicated in full at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit threshold, a specified wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the deposit and bonus amount combined), a time limit within which the wagering requirement must be met, and a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from the bonus. 4.2 General Bonus Conditions

- xx9900 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

- Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are present in the account, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
4.3 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely. 4.4 Abuse of Promotions

5Gameplay Rules & Betting
5.1 Game Availability

5.3 Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or any other technical failure that affects a game or bet, xx9900 reserves the right to void the relevant round or wager. Payouts arising from obvious errors, miscalculated odds, or system faults are not valid and will not be honoured. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
5.4 Sports Betting — Specific Rules
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market type selected. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. xx9900 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that specific market. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and satisfaction of all outstanding wagering obligations.
7.2 Closure by xx9900
xx9900 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is suspected or confirmed; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (e) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
7.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, xx9900 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances that were not derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the player following the completion of any investigation, at xx9900's sole discretion.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx9900, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes; loss of data; service interruptions; technical errors; or unauthorised access to your account.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xx9900 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by law.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the xx9900 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game mechanics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of xx9900 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of xx9900. 10Privacy & Data Protection

11Governing Law & Disputes

12General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement

12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12.3 Waiver
